Job Description Why You Might Be Excited About Us: - We are on a mission to build the fastest diagnostic lab in India - Work alongside talented professionals with experience at companies like PhonePe, Flipkart, Practo, Unacademy, Swiggy, Metropolis, Licious, Cure.fit, and more - We deliver a WOW customer experience and are currently rated 4.9/5 - Our culture promotes career growth, learning, and high-impact work - People NPS >90% and top 90% rating on Glassdoor - Competitive compensation package including ESOPs - A high-performance culture with regular celebrations and team bonding What You Will Get to Do: - Conduct and supervise microbiological testing and analysis of clinical samples - Review and validate test results to ensure accuracy and completeness - Implement and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality assurance protocols - Work with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and turnaround time (TAT) - Supervise, mentor, and train lab technicians and support staff in microbiological techniques - Participate in evaluation and validation of new diagnostic tests and technologies - Support equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting - Ensure compliance with NABL, CAP, ISO, and other regulatory standards - Stay updated with advancements in microbiology, molecular diagnostics, and best practices Metrics for the Role: - Turnaround Time (TAT) - Result accuracy and precision - Internal Quality Control (IQC) and External Quality Assurance (EQA) compliance - Audit readiness and error rate reduction Skills We Are Looking For: - MD in Microbiology from a recognized institution - Minimum 3 years of experience in a diagnostic or hospital laboratory - In-depth knowledge of clinical microbiology, molecular diagnostics, and infection control - Hands-on experience with manual and automated microbiology instruments - Familiarity with quality standards such as NABL, CAP, ISO and proficiency in Lab Information Systems (LIS) - Strong documentation, analytical, and reporting skills - Effective interpersonal and leadership abilities for cross-functional collaboration - Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
