About the Role We're looking for a sharp and motivated Business Analyst to join our growing product team. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping shape digital products that deliver measurable impact. This is a remote-first role with quarterly physical meetings with the team in Singapore; however, you should be able to collaborate effectively within Asia-Pacific time zones. Compensation will be in USD. What you'll do - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define business objectives and translate them into actionable requirements. - Analyze user and market needs to design scalable, high-quality business solutions. - Prepare clear documentation including user stories, workflows, and requirement specifications. - Partner with engineering and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with project goals. - Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform product direction and identify improvement opportunities. - Support release planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews by communicating requirements and outcomes effectively. - Proactively identify risks, clarify open questions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery processes. What we're looking for - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Finance, or a related field (master's degree a plus). - 12 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar capacity within a tech-driven environment. - Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other SDLC methodologies. - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities in English. - Passion for innovation, technology, and continuous learning. - Certification such as CBAP, PMP, or Agile Certified Practitioner would be an advantage.
