At Fame Keeda, we believe in turning ideas into viral sensations. We're looking for a Client Success Manager who will be the bridge between our clients and our creative powerhouse. If you have experience in influencer marketing and a drive to make campaigns shine, this is your chance to make an impact

What You'll Do:

Be the Client's Go-To Person - Own client relationships, address their needs, and exceed expectations.

Shape Game-Changing Influencer Campaigns - Develop innovative strategies that align with client goals and drive engagement.

Boost Revenue & Growth - Identify new opportunities, upsell, and cross-sell influencer marketing solutions.

Take Ownership of P&L - Ensure profitability while delivering high-impact campaigns.

Keep Campaigns on Track - Monitor influencer activities, track performance, analyze results, and refine strategies.

Curate & Manage Influencer Partnerships - Find the perfect influencers who resonate with brand identities and audiences.

Ensure Quality & Timely Delivery - Review influencer content to maintain brand consistency and optimize campaign success.

Collaborate & Elevate - Work closely with internal teams, influencers, and external partners to drive seamless execution.

Achieve & Exceed Targets - Be goal-oriented and data-driven in scaling success for our clients.

What You Bring to the Table:

Proven experience (3-5 years) in influencer marketing, client servicing, or digital marketing.

Deep understanding of social media trends, influencer collaborations, and campaign strategies.

Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Analytical mindset to track performance and optimize campaigns.

Flawless communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and digital marketing tools.

A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.

Location: Navi Mumbai
