About the Role

This Customer Success Analyst position plays a critical role in our sales team. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and building strong relationships with them to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities include acquainting yourself with our products and services, procuring new clients through various channels, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will also be accountable for the entire lead closure process, from initial contact to contract signing.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of B2B sales principles and be able to communicate effectively with CXOs and other senior-level decision-makers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients
  • Utilize multiple prospecting techniques, including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach, to acquire new clients
  • Builts strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and drive repeat business
  • Manage the entire lead closure process, from initial contact to contract signing
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue
  • Coordinate and organize closed-door events to generate leads and build brand awareness
