This is a remote position Company Description At DraconX we drive innovation by transforming forward-thinking ideas into advanced scalable digital solutions As experts in AI business automation and AI-powered SaaS platforms we focus on building MVPs custom software and automation systems designed to accelerate growth for startups and enterprises Our expertise in AI data analytics and cloud technologies empowers businesses by automating workflows delivering actionable insights and enhancing efficiency Committed to pushing technological boundaries we deliver tailored secure and impactful solutions that address real world business challenges and elevate customer experiences Role Description This remote internship position is for an aspiring Human Resources Manager who will assist in supporting and executing HR initiatives across the organization The intern will collaborate with HR leadership and cross functional teams to contribute to organizational development and a positive work culture Requirements Responsibilities include Supporting the creation and implementation of HR strategies and processes Managing and coordinating recruitment cycles job postings resume screening interview scheduling Maintaining and updating employee records with accuracy and confidentiality Facilitating onboarding and orientation for new hires Assisting with training and development program planning Supporting the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures Helping with employee engagement wellness and recognition initiatives Participating in HR analytics tasks such as tracking recruitment metrics and employee feedback Ensuring compliance with internal HR guidelines and relevant labor regulations Collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth HR operations Providing general HR administrative support as needed Qualifications Strong understanding of recruitment employee relations and HR policy management Excellent organizational communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coordinate onboarding training programs and engagement activities Proficiency in HR management tools HRIS applicant tracking systems ATS and general office software Knowledge of labor laws employment regulations and HR compliance standards a plus Strong attention to detail confidentiality and professionalism Ability to work independently in a remote collaborative environment Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Business Administration related field preferred
