Support each category s seasonal buying plan by delivering customer behavior analytics on product or assortment group performance to the buying team Continuously scan the market for gaps threats and opportunities and communicate findings with the buying production and operations teams Deep dive into the calendar conduct detailed research and competitor analysis in the areas of product selection pricing strategy promotion gimmicks and platform placement and positioning Work with the category team to understand their immediate goals and priority areas and plan exposure for each category occasion accordingly Work with the e-commerce team to optimize the customer journey and experience across the board Monitor the performance of new products launched as well as category growth Collaborate with the digital marketing and production teams to ensure that the site effectively communicates essential themes aligns with campaigns and showcases seasonally relevant products to increase sales You will maintain end-to-end catalog management from accurate visuals to instructional A content in accordance with Mainaam Garden s E-Commerce Guidelines and in conjunction with SKU data as required by the site You ll be in charge of platform-specific requirements including graphic material videos and search to ensure product page perfection Devising a contract for the suppliers including quality control accuracy and flexibility which is done throughout the season Core Competency in Category Planning Buying Merchandising Business Analytics Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 10 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Experience total work 1 year Preferred Language English and Hindi Preferred Work Location In person
