We’re looking for a systems-driven, architecture-obsessed CTO who isn’t just solving today’s problems, but is excited to design the technological foundation that millions of homes will rely on tomorrow. You don’t need deep IoT expertise for this—we already have domain specialists for that. We need someone who can build the platform that powers all of it. This is a role for someone who wants to build the invisible machinery behind a beautiful experience—blending architecture, engineering leadership, cloud infrastructure, ironclad security, and AI/ML innovation into one cohesive ecosystem. What You’ll Lead - Platform & systems architecture (cloud, backend, services) - AI/ML workflows, intelligent automation & agents - Cloud infra, DevOps, CI/CD & high-availability deployments - Security-first engineering (BlackBerry-level discipline) - Team building, engineering culture & fast, reliable execution What You Bring - 8–15 years in architecture, backend, platform, or cloud engineering - Strong hands-on expertise in infra, deployments, distributed systems - AI/ML product integration experience (LLMs, inference, pipelines) - Ability to build foundational technologies—not just features - Leadership mindset: clarity, ownership, and precision Why This Role Matters You will architect the technical backbone of Cue Home and shape the product experience for thousands of homes.
