Founder EnablementAct as a force multiplier for the Founder across prioritiesCoordinate calendars, briefings, and priorities for maximum efficiencyPrepare strategy decks, business updates, and board-level documents3. Program & Project LeadershipLead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Growth, Ops, and PartnershipsBuild systems, processes, and operational rhythms as the company scalesTrack goals, KPIs, milestones, and deliverables across teams4. Communications & Stakeholder ManagementDrive internal & external communication in alignment with the FounderManage key partner relationships and high-stakes conversationsDraft messaging, reports, and strategic narrativesWho You AreEx-McKinsey/Bain/BCG Analyst or Associate (mandatory front-office consulting experience)2-4 years in strategy consulting with exposure to problem-solving, analytics, client managementStrong business judgment with the ability to break down complex problemsExceptional communication: crisp writing, strong storytelling, executive presenceHighly organized with ability to manage multiple workstreamsThrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environmentComfortable working US hoursRemote-first mindset
