Job Description

We are looking for a Learning and Development Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of our Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Experience System (LXP), specifically 360Learning. The ideal candidate will be an organized and process-oriented professional who can also contribute to the L&D team's strategy and various projects. This role is essential for providing a seamless and effective learning experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities

- LMS/LXP Administration: You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the LXP 360Learning, including user and content management. This involves creating and editing courses, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with IT for resolution.
- Support and Analytics: Provide user support and manage reporting and analytics. You will also be responsible for collecting feedback and making documentation for system setup and maintenance.
- Project Contribution: Support the L&D team's goals by participating in various projects and initiatives, such as onboarding, skills management, and training needs analysis.
- Communication & Training: You will help launch and support initiatives to increase the visibility of the L&D team. You will also organize or provide training for LMS users.

Required Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience in LMS administration, with a preference for experience with 360Learning. You should also have experience working in a Learning & Development department and with e-learning/content development and delivery.
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- The ability to think critically and apply a business-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
- The ability to work independently, identify priorities, and take ownership.
