Technical Services Manufacturing Science TSMS This role will lead the strategy implementation and management of technology solutions that support pharma manufacturing operations This role encompasses oversight of Product Lifecycle Management PLM Tech Transfer processes Process Optimization initiatives and iProcess Health systems The Associate Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R D Quality Manufacturing to drive operational excellence and ensure robust compliant and efficient manufacturing processes Key Responsibilities What you will be doing Technology Strategy Leadership Work with global stakeholders to develop and execute the TSMS technology roadmap aligned with manufacturing and business objectives PLM Management Oversee Product Lifecycle Management systems to ensure seamless integration from product development to commercial manufacturing Tech Transfer Oversight Lead technology transfer digital initiatives ensuring smooth knowledge and process transfer from development to manufacturing sites Process Optimization Drive continuous improvement digital initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency reduce risk and optimize process performance iProcess Health Governance Ensure monitoring analytics and health of manufacturing processes using iProcess Health tools proactively addressing bottlenecks and operational risks Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Manufacturing Quality and Regulatory teams to ensure compliance system integrity and process excellence Change Management Lead adoption of TSMS technologies fostering user engagement and training across global manufacturing sites Compliance Risk Management Ensure all technology and process initiatives adhere to regulatory requirements FDA EMA GMP and internal quality standards Team Leadership Development Build mentor and lead a high-performing team managing TSMS operations technology deployment and continuous improvement initiatives How You Will Succeed By demonstrating strategic thinking vision and aligning technology roadmaps with business priorities By driving cross-functional collaboration and building strong partnerships with global stakeholders By ensuring operational excellence through robust process design and digital enablement By effectively leading change and digital adoption across diverse teams and geographies By maintaining high compliance and risk standards ensuring systems meet global regulatory expectations By driving Simplification and Automation initiatives What You Should Bring Proven ability to lead complex manufacturing technology programs Deep understanding of PLM Tech Transfer and Process Optimization in pharma manufacturing Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to manage and motivate global cross-functional teams Process Improvement Mindset Basic Qualification and Experience Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering Computer Science Information Systems or related field 12 years of overall experience in the IT Industry with at least 10 years in the pharma industry working with data and minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team including exposure to PLM Tech Transfer or process Optimization Hands-on experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms Strong understanding of manufacturing operations MES ERP and LIMS systems Proven experience in leading cross-functional technology teams and driving complex projects Excellent problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements GMP FDA EMA and quality standards Additional Skills and Preferences Experience with digital transformation initiatives and process analytics Innovation Continuous Improvement Mindset Technical Expertise in Emerging Manufacturing Technologies Additional Information N A Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions If you require accommodation to submit a resume for a position at Lilly please complete the accommodation request form for further assistance Please note this is for individuals to request an accommodation as part of the application process and any other correspondence will not receive a response Lilly does not discriminate on the basis of age race color religion gender sexual orientation gender identity gender expression national origin protected veteran status disability or any other legally protected status WeAreLilly
