About the role As an Associate Director, you will work on a broad range of cutting-edge data analytics and machinelearning problems across a variety of industries; This role involves a combination of hands-oncontribution, customer engagement, and technical team management.On a typical day, you might● Engage with clients to understand their business context● Act as a Subject Matter Expert & lead a team of data scientists and engineers to embed AI andanalytics into the business decision processes.● Develop comprehensive end to end advanced analytics solutions for clients● Manage client expectations and delivery solutions as agreed upon.● Consultative and client first attitude to handle escalations and taking them to closure.● Directly work with Client and establish yourself as the single point of contact on technicalaspects for the client.● Meet the project team, customer stakeholders, and internal business units to devise creativeanalytical approaches to solve complex business problems● Develop and enhance algorithms and models to solve a business problem● Maintaining all models along with development and updating of code and processdocumentation● Ideate with your peers to design data science solution approaches to unstructured problems,conduct quantitative analyses, and interpret results● Interact and collaborate with multiple teams (Consulting & Engineering) and variousstakeholders to meet deadlines, to bring Analytical Solutions to life. Desired Skills and Experience ● 10+ years of relevant experience in Data Science● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in application of statistical analysis and machinelearning algorithms like Liner Regression, Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Boosting Trees,SVM, ARIMAX, LSTM, Deep Learning etc.● Ability to research and learn from the state-of-the-art in AI/ML and implement/prototypesolution● Actively involved in developing and maintaining end to end data science solutions usingrelevant programming languages (e.g. Python/R/Spark)● Experience in working on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS/AZURE/GCP) and big data systems (e.g.Hadoop, Snowflake)● Enjoys leading & coaching a sizeable team.● Enthuse to collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization and take completeownership of deliverables.● In depth experience in any of the following domains: Retail, CPG, Insurance, Healthcare, Banking,Finance, Manufacturing and/or been involved in solving use cases related to MarketingAnalytics, Pricing, Demand and Inventory Forecasting, Market Mix Model, Trade PromoOptimization etc. will be an added advantageWe believe in equal opportunities for all and invite you to come join us as we build the world’s best AI and advanced analytics team.
