Job Title Project Control Manager - Site Works New Plant Construction Department Project Management Site Execution Location Dholka Ahmedabad Reports to Project Director Project Manager Employment Type Full-time Contract Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Control Manager to lead and manage the planning scheduling cost control and progress reporting for a new plant construction project The role will be based at the project site and will play a key role in ensuring that construction activities are executed within the defined timelines budgets and quality parameters Key Responsibilities 1 Planning Scheduling Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project Monitor and update construction progress and project milestones Identify schedule risks and implement mitigation strategies Coordinate with construction engineering procurement and contractors to align timelines 2 Cost Control Budgeting Establish project budgets and cost control systems Track and control project costs commitments and forecasts Analyze cost variances and provide timely reports to management Support contract and procurement teams with cost estimates and budget alignment 3 Progress Monitoring Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports dashboards and KPIs Ensure alignment of actual progress vs planned schedules and budgets Conduct site inspections and work-front assessments to validate reported progress Support change management including evaluation of variation orders and claims 4 Risk Management Identify project risks related to time cost and resources Support development and implementation of mitigation plans Maintain a risk register and regularly update it with stakeholders 5 Team Coordination Communication Work closely with site engineers supervisors planners and subcontractors Coordinate with HQ and client representatives for reporting and reviews Lead or participate in progress review meetings and audits Qualifications and Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Mechanical Electrical Engineering or related field 8-12 years of experience in project control for large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects Strong expertise in Primavera P6 MS Project and MS Excel including cost models dashboards Solid understanding of construction workflows contracts and site execution activities Familiarity with earned value management EVM cost coding and quantity tracking Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills Ability to work on-site in challenging environments and handle multi-disciplinary teams Preferred Qualifications Certification in PMP CCP or similar project control credentials Experience with ERP project management tools SAP Oracle etc Prior experience in greenfield plant construction cement steel chemicals manufacturing etc Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Work Location In person
