Job Summary The Project Manager in Civil Construction is responsible for the overall planning coordination execution and completion of construction projects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget This role involves managing multiple stakeholders leading site teams ensuring safety and quality standards and resolving project challenges to ensure successful delivery from start to finish Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end project execution including planning budgeting resource allocation and scheduling Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site ensuring compliance with design specifications safety standards and quality norms Coordinate with clients consultants contractors vendors and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of works Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules work breakdown structures WBS and progress reports Manage project costs and resources ensuring efficient procurement and utilization of materials labor and equipment Conduct regular site meetings progress reviews and inspections with stakeholders Identify potential risks and delays implement effective mitigation strategies Ensure strict adherence to safety environmental and legal regulations Guide and mentor site engineers supervisors and subcontractors to meet performance and project goals Prepare project status reports and communicate updates to senior management and clients Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Master s Degree preferred Minimum 8-15 years of experience in civil construction including 3-5 years in a leadership role as a Project Manager or equivalent Proven track record of managing large-scale civil projects e g residential commercial infrastructure or industrial projects Key Skills Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent planning organizational and analytical skills In-depth knowledge of construction methods materials contracts and regulatory requirements Proficiency in project management tools Primavera P6 MS Project AutoCAD and ERP systems Strong communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure Competitive salary as per market standards Location - Patiala Punjab Interested candidate can share their cv at hr agtinfra com or call directly at 7889078639 Job Type Full-time Pay 90 000 00 - 100 000 00 per year Work Location In person
