Job Summary The Project Manager - Construction will oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion ensuring they are completed on time within budget and as per quality and safety standards The candidate will coordinate with clients consultants contractors and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes Key Responsibilities Plan execute and manage construction projects from start to finish Develop project schedules budgets and resource plans Supervise site engineers contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution Ensure compliance with design specifications safety standards and regulatory requirements Monitor project progress and prepare periodic status reports Handle procurement and contract administration Coordinate with architects consultants and clients for timely decision-making Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines Manage handover procedures upon project completion Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and methods Proficiency in project management tools e g MS Project Primavera Excellent leadership communication and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with safety standards and quality control Preferred Qualifications PMP PRINCE2 certification added advantage Experience in handling residential commercial or infrastructure projects Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 100 000 00 - 150 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Project Manager - construction 10 years Preferred project management tools 10 years Preferred Plan execute and manage construction projects 10 years Preferred Work Location In person
