Job Role Project Engineer The Project Engineer is responsible for overseeing and supervising construction projects ensuring site feasibility coordinating with various departments managing material procurement and maintaining efficient project records This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong organizational skills to drive project success The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with managers subcontractors and other team members while demonstrating the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements Key Responsibilities Project Supervision Oversee and supervise construction projects to ensure timely and quality execution Site Feasibility Analysis Conduct site feasibility assessments of uploaded drawings to ensure compatibility with project requirements Material Procurement Coordinate with the manager and store manager to inspect materials upon arrival Notify the purchase department of any specification deviations from the RFQ or approved design Resource Allocation Allocate daily wages and subcontractors to projects based on milestone priorities Work Updates Provide regular updates with necessary pictures to the corresponding Teams channels both in the morning and at the end of the day Material Consumption Tracking Maintain records of material consumption through a track log Report Preparation Prepare and submit work completion certificates and work consolidation reports Quality Control Support Assist with Internal Quality Control IQC surveys and arrange external surveys conducted by IRS KIV External bodies Communication Communicate work scope quality and timelines as per the work order to subcontractors and FRP staff Task Planning Updates Plan weekly tasks and update the Assistant Manager on progress Daily Reporting Provide daily work reports to site managers and maintain subcontractor time sheets Work Area Maintenance Ensure the work area is cleaned at the end of each day Meeting Attendance Participate in project and design meetings to contribute to planning and execution Manpower Planning Send weekly manpower requirements for subcontractors to the purchase department Requirements B Tech in Mechanical Engineering 1 year of relevant experience in project engineering or a related field Strong project management and supervision skills Excellent coordination and communication abilities Ability to plan tasks and manage manpower effectively Proficiency in maintaining records and generating reports Salary Range 20 000 - 25 000 per month Job Type Full-time Pay 240 000 00 - 300 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Ayodhya Uttar Pradesh Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s What is your expected salary Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
