Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive located in Noida. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing sales over the phone. They will also provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, helping to resolve any queries or concerns they may have. Day-to-day tasks will include following up with potential clients, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Customer Support experience
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Ayurveda or wellness industry is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in a related field is advantageous
