Job Title Accountant Location Rasipuram Tamil Nadu Company Krishna Food Products Job Overview Krishna Food Products is basically a dairy products manufacturing-based company seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records processing transactions managing accounts payable and receivable and ensuring compliance with financial regulations This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Financial Recordkeeping Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records including balance sheets profit and loss statements and cash flow reports Accounts Payable Receivable Process invoices track payments and ensure timely payment of bills Manage customer accounts follow up on overdue payments and maintain good relationships with vendors and customers Financial Reporting Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management review Assist with financial planning and budgeting Inventory Cost Management Monitor inventory levels cost of goods sold COGS and assist with cost analysis related to production and raw materials Audit Preparation Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate financial records and necessary documentation Payroll Processing Ensure accurate calculation and timely disbursement of employee salaries and related deductions Educational Qualification Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field A professional accounting qualification e g CA CMA or CPA is preferred Knowledge Strong knowledge of accounting software Tally QuickBooks or similar Excel and other financial management tools Analytical Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Communication Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally Time Management Ability to prioritise tasks meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Preferred Skills Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus Knowledge of GST and VAT regulations in India Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Employee discounts on Krishna Food Products offerings How to Apply Interested candidates are invited to send their resume and a cover letter to srirambala158 gmail com Contact no 9360592570 7339309293 Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
