Studio AsA is hiring a Sr Interior Designer / Team Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, motivated individual with the capacity to create brilliant creative solutions & deliverables, have a keen eye for detail, and must be able to understand creative requirements & adhere to the same in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities and Duties -

- The candidate should have good knowledge of corporate Interior Design with work experience of 7 to 10 Years in this field
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Define project requirements and schedule during the "brief"
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Team leading skills to Manage a team of junior designers
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and constructors, MEP consultants, clients etc, Proven working experience in designing interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
- Excellent portfolio of previous works and relevant experience in commercial office interiors, Hospitality Interiors etc
- Worked on MSP or any other project tracker softwares

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven track record of managing successful architectural/Interior Design projects.
