Join us today to be a part of the New Age Beauty Revolution coming out of India Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) responsible for driving new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring the growth of within assigned territories. This role is pivotal in managing sales initiatives, and achieving revenue targets & driving strategic growth, within our organization. The role requires the ability to identify market trends, analyze competition, and develop strategies to improve sales performance. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in the Beauty & Personal care industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Beauty & Personal Care Market, strong strategic acumen, and a proven track record in sales management. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning Develop and implement business development strategies to penetrate and expand within the Beauty & Personal care industry. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive strategic initiatives. Sales Management Develop sales forecasts and budgets, monitoring performance against targets. Revenue Generation Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and client relationships. Negotiate and close key deals with distributors, retailers/ drugstores/ pharmacies, and strategic partners. Market Expansion Explore new market opportunities and develop entry strategies to maximize market penetration. Relationship Management Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers/ drugstores/ pharmacies, distributors, and industry influencers. Performance Analysis Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities, progress, and achievements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred) Proven track record of experience (2-5 years ) in sales management, preferably in the Beauty & Personal care, Pharma ,FMCG industry Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Results-driven with a focus on delivering exceptional sales performance and exceeding targets.
