Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Vadodara. This role also involves effectively addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining accurate records of service interactions. Qualifications - Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service - Experience in Online Support and managing customer inquiries through digital platforms - Strong skills in Technical Support, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site team environment in Vadodara - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus - Previous experience in IT or technical industries is an advantage
