Medonext is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us drive growth in healthcare/IT solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies to promote Medonext’s healthcare products & services to target audiences (hospitals, clinics, practitioners, etc.). - Identify and generate new business leads through both offline and online channels. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs. - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders: doctors, hospitals, clinic managers, distributors, partners. - Design marketing collateral, proposals, presentations, case studies, and promotional materials. - Coordinate events, webinars, exhibitions, or product demonstrations. - Track metrics and analyze performance of sales & marketing campaigns; refine strategies for better ROI. What We Are Looking For: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Management, or related discipline. - 2-5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing — preferably in the healthcare / health-tech domain. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong digital marketing skill set: social media platforms, email tools, Google Analytics. - CRM experience is a plus. - Analytical mind — able to interpret data, extract insights, tweak strategy accordingly. - Self-starter attitude; ability to multitask and deliver results under deadlines. - Willingness to travel for client meetings, product demos or events, if required.
