Key Roles and Responsibilities- Own end to end lead generation cycle for all digital first e-commerce and D2C brands in the country through outbound sales approach - Should use best communication channels but not limited to phone email to generate quality SQLs for the sales team - Constantly build maintain and forecast a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly monthly and yearly business goals - Achieve sales targets consistently and thrive hard to challenge the competition landscape in the industry - Should have the ability to negotiate with clients and handle objections with ease over a call and other multiple communication channels - Highly self-motivated and constantly working on delivering positive results to the company - Should be highly persuasive and follow-up with clients in a timely manner - Build a deep level understanding for financial products market demands and trends in the Indian fin-tech industry - Understand and work towards teams organizations objectives at all times Minimum requirements - Must have 1 - 3 years of lead generation sales pre-sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup Fin-tech industry preferred - Strong communication oral written skills - Highly self motivated and result oriented personality - Hardworking with a strong work ethic - Stakeholder management skills ref updazz com
