We are seeking an experienced data-driven and innovative Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital growth for Little Italy and ACASA This role is critical in building and scaling our paid media SEO marketplace visibility Amazon Blinkit and website performance You will take ownership of strategy execution and optimization to deliver measurable ROI across digital platforms Key Responsibilities Performance Strategy Paid Media o Plan manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads Search Display YouTube and Meta Ads Facebook Instagram o Lead performance-driven initiatives to maximize ROI CAC efficiency and conversions Marketplace Marketing Amazon Blinkit Instamart o Manage advertising promotions and visibility on Amazon and Blinkit and other platforms o Monitor product performance reviews and optimize listings for higher conversion SEO Website Growth o Develop and execute SEO strategies on-page off-page technical SEO to improve organic visibility o Drive website traffic and optimize conversion funnels o Collaborate with creative content teams for SEO-friendly copy blogs and landing pages Analytics MIS o Set up tracking Google Analytics 4 Tag Manager Search Console marketplace dashboards o Maintain MIS reports dashboards and budget vs actuals o Present insights and recommendations to improve ROI Budget Vendor Management o Own digital marketing budgets across platforms o Identify evaluate and manage agencies vendors where required Cross-functional Collaboration o Work closely with the Head of Marketing Brand Marketing Executive and Social Media team to align performance strategy with overall marketing goals o Support integrated campaigns by combining paid and organic efforts Requirements 5-7 years of proven experience in performance digital marketing Strong expertise in Google Ads Meta Ads SEO Amazon Ads Blinkit promotions Hands-on experience with Google Analytics GA4 Tag Manager Search Console Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization CRO and customer funnels Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously
