Number of Vacancy: 01 Experience Level: Freshers Stipend: 5,000 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Work from Studio Location: Bhubaneswar Device Required: For Management - Own Laptop only Job Role This internship is for someone who can plan, coordinate, and execute fitness, lifestyle & wellness events without needing their hand held every minute. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and heavily operations-driven. If you're expecting a desk-job, this isn't it. Key Responsibilities - Event Planning & Support Assist in planning weekly and monthly fitness events, workshops, and community sessions. Coordinate event calendars, session formats, event or workshop facilitator availability, and studio readiness. - On-Ground Coordination Handle member registrations, check-ins, feedback collection, and crowd flow. Set up equipment, demo areas, branding materials, and venue layouts. Act as the point of contact for trainers, participants, and vendors during events. - Vendor & Partner Coordination Liaise with third-party vendors (decor, equipment, refreshments, photographers). Support partnership activities with wellness brands, gyms, and local businesses. - Marketing & Engagement Support Create basic promotional designs on Canva (mandatory or at least willingness to learn). Assist Marketing Team with social media shoots, event coverage, and posting schedules. Draft event descriptions, captions, and community communication. - Operational & Administrative Tasks Maintain event attendance, event reports, and expense tracking. Support pre-event and post-event documentation. Manage member queries and provide front-desk support when required. Qualifications & Skills Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in management, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Proven hands-on experience in organizing and executing events, campus festivals, or similar small/large-scale projects. Skills Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets and Drive Ability to multitask and work under pressure during events. Basic design skills on Canva (or willingness to learn quickly). Practical understanding of social media (Instagram, Reels, Stories). Physical stamina to handle event setups and on-ground tasks (yes, this matters in a fitness studio).
