HR Data Management + Recruiter
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Data Management
Qualification: Graduate
Industry: RPO/Consultancy
Salary : 2-3LPA
6 Days WFO| Fixed Sunday Off| Walk-In Interview
Skills Required:
- Good understanding of HR operations and recruitment lifecycle.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced setup.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain trackers for sharing profiles with clients.
- Maintain and update candidates database accurately.
- Follow up with candidates after processing their profiles to ensure smooth onboarding and communication
