The platform specializes in providing travelers with secure and clean accommodations at affordable prices, particularly in remote and exotic destinations. Leveraging deep industry knowledge and technology, Say Rooms & Homes addresses logistical challenges faced by homestays and small hotels, ensuring seamless operations and enhanced hospitality experiences. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Kolkata. The Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients, build and maintain relationships with homestay partners and small hotel owners, and identify growth opportunities in the accommodation market. Daily tasks include negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction with the services provided. Additionally, the role requires coordination with internal teams to deliver high-quality support to partners. Qualifications - Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in client relationships and closing deals. - Knowledge of market analysis, business development, and customer engagement strategies. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to build long-term partnerships. - Proficiency in technology tools used for sales tracking and data analysis. - Previous experience in the travel or hospitality sectors is highly desirable. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
