About the Role We're looking for ambitious, goal-oriented professionals who are passionate about sales, communication, and student success. As a Business Development Associate (BDA) SALES, you'll be the face of Medway guiding aspiring medical students and helping them make informed career decisions through our learning programs. Key Responsibilities - Engage and consult with potential students via calls, emails, and messages to understand their learning needs. - Promote and sell Medway's medical education programs (NEET PG, FMGE, etc.) through effective communication and personalized counseling. - Handle inbound and outbound leads, manage timely follow-ups, and achieve monthly sales targets. - Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and provide feedback to improve sales strategies. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
