JOB DESCRIPTION I JOB DETAILS Job Title Senior Resident -Critical Care Reporting Supervisor H O D II JOB PURPOSE To ensure smooth operations in the department III KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To effectively interface with patients nursing staff and all Clinicians To demonstrate effective application of technical professional knowledge To provide medical care as required by the patients admitted in critical care units To supervise all nursing para-medical non-technical staff to maintain high standards To actively participate in CME and Journal clubs conferences To facilitate teaching and training programs of nurses Technicians I C U staff To ensure optimum utilization of resources by himself herself and subordinates To be well groomed punctual adhere to company policies and practices IV KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS Total support to ICUs Nil very low incidence in hospital borne infection in ICUs To ethically distribute available beds to the most in need 100 statutory compliance V JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications MD DNB- Medicine Anesthesia Pulmonary Medicine For RMO post- MBBS with ICU experience Experience 0-3 years of relevant experience post PG Language Skills English Hindi Behavioural Skills Training initiative Contingency Management VI KEY INTERACTIONS Key Internal Contacts Key External Contacts HOD AMS DMS FO Nurses Technician Support Staff In-Patients Out-Patient Attendants
