The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), managing critically ill patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. Perform invasive and non-invasive procedures including intubation, central line placement, and ventilator management. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Work closely with hospital staff including physicians, nurses, and specialists. Lead daily ICU rounds and ensure continuity of care. Participate in emergency response situations and code blue management. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation. Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety guidelines. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification:MD / DNB in General Medicine with a recognized fellowship in Critical Care (IDCCM / equivalent). Experience:Minimum 2 years of post-fellowship experience in critical care or ICU settings. Strong clinical judgment and ability to work in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Work Location: Positions available in hospitals and critical care units acrossBharuch, Ankleshwar, Navsari, Valsad, Vapiand surrounding areas inSouth Gujarat .
