The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating compelling displays, organizing merchandise layouts, and designing store aesthetics to enhance customer experience and drive sales. They will collaborate with sales teams, ensure consistency in visual standards, and work to optimize the presentation of products aligning with the brand's identity. Qualifications - Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present creative ideas - Experience in Retail and understanding of visual merchandising principles and store layout design - Customer Service and Sales skills to engage customers and promote products effectively - Knowledge and expertise in creating appealing Window Displays - Creative thinking and attention to detail to ensure innovative and attractive visual concepts - Ability to work on-site in a dynamic and fast-paced environment - Experience in the furniture or interior design industry is a plus - Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
