Job Description Job Description: We are an emerging startup revolutionizing traditional construction project management by integrating advanced AI and real-time data technologies. We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled technologist to join us as Co-Founder and CTO, taking full ownership of our technology vision and execution from day one. As a founding member of the leadership team, you will drive the development of AI-driven workflows for automated client communication, live project monitoring, and construction site data integration, building and leading a high-impact tech team from scratch. Your focus will be on driving technological innovation tightly aligned with our core business, creating scalable, cutting-edge systems that set new industry standards. This role is based in Hyderabad, with immediate joining preferred. Key Responsibilities: Co-own the company's technology vision and strategy as a key founding leader. Architect and build AI-powered customer communication platforms and real-time construction monitoring solutions. Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering and data science team. Drive integration of IoT devices, BIM, project management tools, and live video feeds. Build secure, scalable infrastructure and APIs powering live project updates and notifications. Collaborate closely with business leadership to align tech solutions with company goals. Lead innovation in AI, machine learning, NLP, IoT, and digital twin technologies in construction. Establish best-in-class development processes and ensure technical excellence. Represent technology vision in investor pitches and strategic partnerships. Job Specification (JS): Exceptional expertise in AI, NLP, machine learning, IoT sensor integration, and real-time data streaming. Strong background in software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), API design, and microservices. Proven experience building chatbots or conversational AI integrated with live data platforms. Knowledge of construction tech stacks including BIM, project management software, and sensor hardware is advantageous. Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling technology teams from scratch. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to wear multiple hats in a startup environment. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Location: Preferably Hyderabad; flexible for the right candidate. Immediate availability preferred.
