Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role located in Mumbai for a Sales Specialist in Loans. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and interacting with potential clients to understand their loan requirements and provide tailored financial solutions. The individual will actively support customer inquiries by delivering exceptional customer service, manage client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include training new clients on loan products and processes as necessary, and participating in team discussions to develop and refine sales strategies. Qualifications - Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to confidently interact with clients and address their needs. - Proven Sales skills combined with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Experience in Sales Management or handling sales-oriented roles. - Ability to provide Training and guidance to clients or team members on loan products and services. - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first approach. - Relevant experience or knowledge in the financial services industry is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
