As a Mortgage Loan Processor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing and closing of mortgage loans.Searching: Title documents search, Current owner search or full search, Property searchCurative: Documents verification, like deed of trust, tax certificates, open mortgage, payoffs Using Title applicationsCD – Prelim: Checking Mortgage Closing Disclosure like appraisal, Deed,1003,flood certificate and flood insurance, hazard insurance, Updating missing documentsCD – Final: Auditing final mortgage loan documents like, Purchase contract, Hazard insurance, Property taxes, etc, checking the initial CD documents.The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, both oral and written, and be flexible with rotational Shifts.
