Our company culture emphasizes innovation, professional development, and valuing feedback in improving service delivery.Mortgage Loan Processor Job Description:Manage the entire loan application process from document collection to settlement.Conduct thorough client interviews and collect necessary documents.Collect and upload client information on our CRM system and database management platform.Keep clients informed about the progress of their application.Communicate effectively with clients, financial institutions, accountants, solicitors, valuers, and other strategic partners.Nurture positive relationships with clients, referrers, and internal/external stakeholders.Ensure compliance checks are completed as required.Arrange appointments with clients and follow up with clients for supporting documents.Manage settlements with lenders.Follow up with clients after settlement.Requirements:At least 3 years recent experience in a similar role in the Australian market, working with banks or other Australian financial institutions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.A client-centric approach and ability to build strong relationships.Excellent administrative skills with accurate data entry, spelling, and grammatical skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients.Self-motivated with high organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.A team-focused personality that embraces innovation.Positive attitude.
