IT Operations Lead

We are looking for an IT Operations Lead to join our fast growing team, located in Hyderabad, India, who is responsible for leading our IT Operations Team and ensuring the installation, operation, support, and security of Envoy Global's physical, cloud (Azure), and electronic data infrastructure. As our IT Operations Lead , you will be required to: - Development and lead an IT Operations team - Develop and implement strategies for improving team efficiency and effectiveness - Manage Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Office 365 Email, Teams, and SharePoint - Manage office infrastructure including Firewalls, switches, routers, VPN, controllers and internet service providers - Ensure 24x7 operations, KPIs, and security have been met in accordance with Envoy Global's policies in security and availability - Work in conjunction with the Envoy security team and vendors, ensure the installation, configuration, and monitoring of compliance and security initiatives for Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory as well as users/workstations - Work closely with Helpdesk, DevOps, and Security teams to ensure management, operability, and security of end user permissions, workstations, and devices - Implement and maintain asset and vulnerability management systems - Train and mentor additional IT Staff - Serve as an escalation point for the team to help prioritize and resolve complex or urgent client issues and incidents - Perform proactive planning and organization to adjust to the flexible needs of Envoy Global's business - Create and maintain documentation including: Architectural Diagrams, Procedures, Policies, and Audits. Maintain communications, process, and procedures with a geo-diverse IT staff To apply for this role, you should possess the following skills, experience and qualifications: - Strong knowledge of Windows 10+, Server 2016+ administration in an Active Directory/Azure Active Directory environment. - Proven experience resolving technological obstacles by working with business partners, technical teams, and vendors - Deep understanding of cloud PAAS systems (SQL, Redis, VNETs, Storage, Kubernetes), specifically networking, connectivity, and security requirements - Demonstrable knowledge in networking and network security, including: OSI, encryption, TCP/UDP, DNS, IDP/SAML, Routing tables, BGP, VPN, 802.11, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Proxy Servers - Expert experience in maintaining and provisioning Active Directory, including: Group Policies, Sites, DHCP/DNS, Attributes, Profiles, Schemas, Organizational Units (OU), Domains, Certificate Services, federation, and Azure Integrations (AzConnect) - Expert administration skills of Microsoft Office 365 products, in particular Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint/OneDrive with a focus on availability, security, and compliance - Familiarity with managing 3rd party PAAS storage systems, (Egnyte, Box, ShareFile) - Understanding of Change Management as well as the role of IT in Governance, Risk, and Compliance - Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills - Ability to expand knowledge and learn new technologies - Be available 24x7 to assist in operational or security incidents - Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field or relevant work experience in an IT Managed Services environment - 1-3 years of experience in IT Leadership - 5 years of IT systems administration focusing on Microsoft Windows Systems, Microsoft Office 365 Administration, and Azure Active Directory - 3+ years supporting client workstations and devices in a Microsoft environment - 2+ years Installing, maintaining, and monitoring network equipment, particularly Cisco Firewalls, Palo Altos, switches, routers, and wireless - Desired Certifications: CCSP, CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, ITIL, NIST, Azure Infrastructure/Architect (AZ-304,305,500,700) - Bachelor's Degree or above Ready to architect the future of IT operations at Envoy Global Apply now and lead the charge in securing, scaling, and streamlining our tech infrastructure
