Position : L2 Production Support LeadExperience : 810 Years (Total)Relevant Experience : 45 YearsLocation : HyderabadJob Summary :We are seeking a highly experienced L2 Production Support Lead with 8 to 10 years of total experience, including a minimum of 4 to 5 years in Production Support and Middleware environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a support team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the stability and performance of applications. This role requires strong technical expertise in server-side activities, middleware platforms like WebSphere and WebLogic, and proficiency in deployment and release management processes.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and guide a team of L2 production support engineers working in shifts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of incidents and problems.- Handle application incidents, perform in-depth troubleshooting, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.- Support production deployments, perform critical post-deployment validations, and collaborate with business owners for official sign-off.- Proactively monitor middleware log files, error logs, and perform regular application health checks to ensure system stability.- Perform preventive maintenance, including configuration changes, log file clean-ups, and routine system health checks to avoid future issues.- Manage and troubleshoot job scheduling issues, particularly with Autosys, and oversee Windows-based schedulers.- Lead all server-side activities, including patching cycles, certificate renewals, and application/server migration projects.- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development and QA, to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements in the production environment.Required Skills & Qualifications :- 810 years of total experience in IT, with at least 45 years in a Production Support or Middleware role.- Strong expertise in server-side migrations, patching, and certificate renewals.- Hands-on experience monitoring and supporting applications on WebSphere, WebLogic, Linux, Solaris, and Windows platforms.- Solid knowledge of job schedulers, preferably Autosys.- Strong understanding of deployment processes and release management.- Experience with Feedhub and Autosys job monitoring and troubleshooting.
