Position Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Social Media Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing digital strategies executing marketing campaigns managing social media platforms analyzing performance and driving brand awareness engagement and lead generation Key Responsibilities Develop implement and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms Google Ads Facebook Instagram LinkedIn YouTube etc Create schedule and publish engaging content for all social media channels Monitor and respond to audience interactions comments and messages Optimize website and social media pages for SEO to improve search rankings and traffic Plan and execute paid ad campaigns PPC display remarketing social ads Track analyze and report performance metrics reach engagement CTR ROI Work closely with the design and content teams to create impactful creatives videos and posts Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and social media trends tools and best practices Manage email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing funnels Build and grow online communities to enhance brand loyalty and customer retention Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field Proven experience 1-3 years in digital marketing and social media management Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools Google Analytics Meta Business Suite Ads Manager SEO tools Excellent understanding of major social media platforms Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter YouTube Strong copywriting content creation and storytelling skills Knowledge of SEO SEM and paid advertising strategies Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends Strong analytical and reporting skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Good to Have Experience with Canva Photoshop or video editing tools Knowledge of automation tools like HubSpot Mailchimp or Zoho Basic understanding of WordPress Shopify or website CMS Experience in influencer marketing and collaborations Job Type Full-time Part-time as per company requirement On-site Hybrid Remote Compensation Competitive salary performance incentives Job Types Full-time Internship Contractual Temporary Contract length 24 months Pay 8 086 00 - 15 080 05 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Work from home Work Location In person
