Role Overview – Marketing Growth Manager This role is perfect for someone who: - Is passionate about marketing, storytelling & content - Lives on social media & understands trends deeply - Is a storyteller with strong communication skills - Loves planning and executing campaigns, events, and collaborations - Has a growth mindset and moves FAST - Thrives in startups and takes full ownership - Can convert ideas into outcomes without depending on supervision You’ll work directly with founders to scale Atives’ brand, execute campaigns, manage social presence, and shape the voice of Atives for global audiences. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Growth - Manage Atives’ Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and community pages - Plan, create, edit & publish high-quality content - Grow followers, engagement, and reach organically - Identify viral trends and adapt them to Atives’ brand 2. Content Creation & Storytelling - Script, shoot, edit, and publish short-form & long-form content - Build narratives around creators, students, and brand stories - Work with internal teams to generate content pipelines - Ensure brand voice is consistent and impactful 3. Event & Campaign Execution - Plan and execute marketing events, online/offline campaigns - Collaborate with creators, brands, colleges & communities - Manage workshop promotions, campus activities & partnerships - Track and optimize campaign performance 4. Collaborations & Partnerships - Identify influencers, creators, studio partners & student clubs - Initiate collabs that amplify brand growth - Build strong relationships with creative communities 5.
