**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a content strategy for the company's Instagram account in alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Create high-quality visual content, including photos, videos, and graphics, tailored specifically for Instagram.
- Edit photos and videos using editing software or mobile apps to enhance visual appeal and maintain brand consistency.
- Write compelling captions and hashtags to accompany Instagram posts, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences to inform content creation decisions.
- Schedule and publish Instagram posts at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor the performance of Instagram posts using analytics tools and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Instagram content with other marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with Instagram features, trends, and best practices to continuously optimize content strategy and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in creating and managing Instagram content for businesses or brands.
- Strong visual storytelling skills and proficiency in photography and video production.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging captions and messages.
- Knowledge of Instagram's platform features, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand standards.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
