We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Ads Manager to join our team This role involves managing Google Ads Facebook Instagram Ads and social media campaigns with a strong focus on generating leads improving ROI and staying ahead of the competition The ideal candidate will have the ability to self-research analyze competitor campaigns and bring fresh innovative ad strategies to drive business growth Responsibilities Plan create and manage Google Ads Facebook Instagram Ads campaigns Research competitors marketing strategies and develop unique trend-based ad ideas Write engaging ad copy tailored for different platforms and audiences Design ad creatives banners social graphics short videos carousels etc using Canva Figma or other tools Monitor and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI Manage and grow social media presence across platforms with a consistent brand voice Stay updated on the latest advertising and social media trends Prepare performance reports and provide insights to improve campaigns Requirements Proven experience in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies Good eye for design attention to detail and ability to create scroll-stopping creatives Excellent copywriting and communication skills Ability to self-research and innovate based on competitor analysis Proficiency with Canva Figma knowledge is a great plus Knowledge of analytics tools Google Analytics Meta Insights etc Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude Nice to Have Experience with other platforms LinkedIn Ads TikTok Ads YouTube Ads Knowledge of SEO landing page optimization or email marketing Benefits Opportunity to work on diverse projects and industries Collaborative and supportive team environment Freedom to experiment and bring creative ideas to life Growth-oriented role with performance bonuses Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 8 000 00 - 13 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Paid sick time Work Location In person
