What we are looking for Roles Responsibilities 1 The sole point of contact in building and managing a highly engaged community of business entrepreneurs agents 2 Educating members about TravClan and managing 100-200 business accounts 3 Working in close interface with the finance product and marketing team to build better processes products and reach respectively 4 Healthy retention of agents while growing the volume of Agent s business through TravClan5 Ensuring customer delight while managing Agent s grievances related to payments services products etc 6 Effectively managing feedback and escalations from customers and vendors 7 Hosting country-wide offline and online events meet ups of members from time to time Desired Candidate Profile - Ethical hardworking and passionate about startups mindset- Disciplined Process Oriented- Strong Negotiation skills- Presence of Mind- Prior Sales Account Management Experience- Prior Startup Travel experience preferred- Good understanding of different business verticals- Willing to learn moreCheck if you fit in the role You Must - Love Challenges- Enjoy the thrill of closing sales- Be comfortable with targets- Enjoy speaking to clients on callYou Can - Perform consistently- Hustle Hustle HustleYou Want To - Improve business acumen- Improve negotiation skillsThis role is not ideal for someone who is 1 Not comfortable with sales targets2 Not okay speaking with customers on call for a minimum of 4 hours daily 3 Not good at resolving customer queries or escalations 4 Not comfortable with long working hours i e 10-12 hours daily5 Not excited about working on Saturdays 6 days a week ref updazz com
