Job Description About Us: Wyzard.ai is a Signal-to-Revenue AI platform that helps GTM teams, including agencies, B2B sales, marketing teams, and more, turn buyer signals into revenue. Our AI agents engage leads across chat, email, and LinkedIn in real time, qualify prospects, and ensure campaigns deliver measurable results, helping clients close deals faster and smarter. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Associate who can quickly learn the Wyzard.ai platform, adapt to client needs, and grow with the role. You will support clients, including agencies, marketing teams, and B2B sales teams, help them adopt our tools, and ensure measurable success from campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with onboarding, product adoption, and AI-agent configuration for campaigns - Support agencies, marketing teams, and B2B sales teams in optimizing multi-channel engagement - Monitor client success metrics, campaign outcomes, and lead qualification effectiveness - Serve as a client advocate and coordinate with product and marketing teams to communicate feedback - Maintain accurate client records and reports in CRM systems - Participate in business reviews and client check-ins to ensure adoption and satisfaction - Continuously learn and stay updated on product features, updates, and best practices Required Qualifications: - 34 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar roles - Experience supporting marketing agencies, B2B sales teams, or SaaS clients - Quick learner with the ability to self-learn and evolve with changing product capabilities - Familiarity with marketing, sales, or lead-generation workflows - Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint and Google Slides - Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills with the ability to create reports from raw data. - Ability to understand and analyze client data to provide actionable insights - Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Comfortable using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
