Role Overview We are looking for a passionate E-Learning Developer (Adobe Captivate) to join our digital learning and innovation team in Chennai. This role involves developing interactive, high-quality eLearning modules that bring complex concepts to life for global academic and industry learners. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop SCORM/xAPI-compliant interactive learning modules using Adobe Captivate. - Collaborate with academic and design teams to convert raw content into engaging learning experiences. - Integrate multimedia elements (audio, video, animations, and graphics) aligned with learning outcomes. - Test and optimize modules for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance on NexSphere's LMS. - Maintain consistency with NexSphere's global learning design and sustainability standards. Ideal Profile - 1–2 years of experience as an eLearning developer or instructional designer. - Strong command of Adobe Captivate; familiarity with Articulate, Storyline, or Rise is a plus. - Knowledge of instructional design principles, SCORM/xAPI formats, and LMS workflows. - Excellent visual design sense and attention to detail. - Based in Chennai, with ability to work on-site or hybrid. Compensation & Growth INR 25,000 – 30,000 per month, depending on experience and skillset. Opportunity to grow within NexSphere's Digital Learning and Creative Innovation Division.
