HemoCue is a leading provider of point-of-care diagnostic solutions, enabling healthcare practitioners across clinical settings and geographies to improve patient outcomes and clinical workflows. For more than four decades we've been advancing what's possible at the point of care.

HemoCue offers point-of-care testing for hemoglobin, glucose and HbA1c as well as total and differential white blood cell count.

As a Service Engineer for HemoCue India, you will play a key role in troubleshooting and repairing the faulty instruments sent by our customers. The position is on-site based in Delhi.

You will be a part of the Service Team and report to the Manager Service, Operations & Commercial Excellence responsible for the Department. In this function you will be working closely with the India sales team and also with the global team from time to time. If you thrive in a fast paced, solution-oriented, customer support role and want to work to build a world-class digital sales organizationread on.

In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

- Perform investigations and corrections of known failures
- Maintain database of the available inventory of spare parts, controls, analyzers and reagents issued for service purpose
- Maintain the database of the backup analyzers issued to the customers and have the registration of complaints done
- Establish customer response letter and have the registration of complaints done
- Peer reviews
- Final reviews and closure of a complaints
- Provide timely and efficient technical service support to HemoCue customers & sales team.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

- Diploma/bachelor's degree in engineering
- 3-5 years prior experience in medical devices (IVD)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

- Working knowledge of SmartSolve (CRM) system
- Previous experience working in biomedical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related fields
- Ability to adapt to and work within laid down SOPs and repair protocols
- Good communication skills to interact with internal and external customers
