Job Title Executive Engineer Civil Department Projects Industry Civil Construction Reports To Managing Director of Executive Engineer Civil The role of an Executive Engineer is crucial in the Engineering Construction sector as it involves overseeing and managing key projects that contribute significantly to the company s success This position plays a vital role in ensuring effective team collaboration and aligning efforts with company goals to achieve operational excellence Executive Engineers are at the forefront of major innovations facing challenges head-on and staying updated on industry trends to drive continuous improvement They interact with key stakeholders such as project managers department heads and executives holding a pivotal position in the company structure Success in this role is measured by meeting project deadlines budget adherence quality standards and successful team management Key Responsibilities of Executive Engineer Project Planning and Execution Executive Engineers are responsible for meticulously planning scheduling and executing projects to ensure they are completed on time within budget and meet quality standards They oversee all project phases from initiation to closure coordinating resources and managing risks effectively Problem-Solving and Decision-Making This role involves addressing complex challenges that arise during project implementation making strategic decisions to overcome obstacles and ensuring project success Executive Engineers analyze data assess risks and make informed decisions to keep projects on track Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams Executive Engineers work closely with cross-functional teams including architects designers contractors and vendors to ensure seamless coordination and integration of project elements They foster collaboration and communication among team members to achieve project objectives Leadership and Mentorship Executive Engineers provide leadership guidance and mentorship to project teams motivating individuals to perform at their best and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement They set clear expectations delegate tasks effectively and lead by example to inspire team members Process Improvement and Innovation Continuous process improvement and innovation are key responsibilities of Executive Engineers They identify inefficiencies implement best practices and drive innovation to enhance project delivery efficiency and quality Executive Engineers explore new technologies and methodologies to optimize project outcomes Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities Executive Engineers may engage in technical tasks such as reviewing engineering designs conducting site visits or addressing client needs They serve as a point of contact for clients addressing inquiries providing updates and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Site Visits and Quality check on Structure and Materials Performperiodical checks at civil sites evaluation on the construction activities and demonstrate exceptional skills in quality check of the materials Desired Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills Proficiency in project management software AutoCAD BIM tools structural analysis software and knowledge of construction methodologies Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
