Job description Job description Job Title Site Supervisor Location Kochi Kizhakkambalam Job Type Full-time Experience 1 years civil Education Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Preferred We are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on-site execution of residential and commercial projects ensuring work is completed as per approved designs quality standards and within deadlines Key Responsibilities 1 YRS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Supervise daily activities at the construction interior project site Coordinate with project managers engineers designers and clients Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications Monitor and manage site labor subcontractors and vendors Maintain daily work progress reports and site documentation Ensure timely availability of materials and equipment at the site Enforce safety measures and quality standards at all times Resolve site-level issues and minor technical problems quickly Conduct regular inspections to ensure site cleanliness and discipline Track project timelines and ensure work is completed as per schedule Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred Minimum 1 years of experience in site supervision construction interiors Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans Strong leadership coordination and communication skills Knowledge of construction safety norms and quality procedures Willing to travel to multiple project sites if required Experience in interior fit-out projects is an added advantage Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools is preferred Competitive salary and travel allowance if applicable Opportunity to grow within a creative and dynamic team Requirements Minimum of 1 years experience in a site supervision role preferably in villa and commercial projects Strong ability to read and understand 2D technical drawings Good communication and coordination skills Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Self-motivated organized and able to handle multiple tasks effectively Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Travel allowance as per company policy Opportunity to work on diverse interior and modular projects Professional growth and development opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent- Education Diploma Preferred or B E Btech Civil ITI Civil Experience total work 1 years Preferred Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Willingness to travel 100 Preferred Work Location Kochi Kizhakkambalam Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay From 12 000 00 per month Work Location In person
