Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and convert them into sales through effective field and tele-sales strategies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Implement marketing campaigns to promote products/services in the region. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Requirements: - Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in BFSI or related sectors. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. - Good knowledge of local markets in Guwahati. - Graduation is mandatory.
