We are looking for an energetic, confident, and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growth team. You'll be directly responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads, conducting product demos, resolving objections, and working closely with potential clients (typically procurement teams in industries like manufacturing, EPC, infra, etc.) to get them started on with us Ideal Candidate Profile Demographics & Background Gender: Open to all Age: 22-32 years Education : Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred but not mandatory) Language : Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal & written). Regional language proficiency Experience : 1-4 years in inside sales, tele sales, business development, client onboarding, or lead generation roles. SaaS, CRM, or B2B product sales experience is preferred. - Exposure to industrial clients, logistics, or procurement industry is a strong plus. - Freshers with excellent communication & persuasive skills may also be considered. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) - Make outbound calls and follow up with inbound leads to qualify prospects. - Conduct product walkthroughs or demos over call/Zoom. - Explain platform value, pricing, onboarding process clearly. - Maintain pipeline hygiene via CRM, regularly update lead status and notes. - Achieve monthly targets in terms of lead conversion and new client activation. - Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client conversations. - Skills & Traits Skill Must Have Communication - Clear, structured, and persuasive Sales Acumen - Ability to qualify, pitch, and close Tech Comfort - Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, CRMs, Email Follow-up Discipline - Persistent with daily outreach Growth Mindset - Open to learning and scaling within the sales org Target Orientation - Driven by numbers, conversion metrics & incentives Mindset & Culture Fit - Thinks like an owner, not just an employee. - Sees sales as a way to educate and solve rather than just push. - Understands the procurement ecosystem and wants to be a part of modernizing it. - Ready to work in a startup-style, agile, high-accountability culture.
