Job Title Safety Supervisor Department Operations Safety Location Kalinganagar Company Exim Logistics Pvt Ltd Job Summary The Safety Supervisor will be responsible for implementing monitoring and maintaining safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment within the logistics warehouse and transportation operations The role includes conducting safety training inspections and ensuring compliance with company and statutory safety regulations Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor safety policies procedures and programs across all logistics and warehouse operations Conduct regular safety audits risk assessments and site inspections to identify potential hazards Ensure compliance with all statutory and company safety regulations Conduct safety induction and training programs for employees drivers and contract workers Maintain records of safety incidents near misses and prepare reports for management review Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions Supervise the use and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment PPE Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure readiness for any safety-related emergencies Liaise with external safety agencies clients and statutory bodies during audits or inspections Promote a culture of safety awareness among all staff and ensure continuous improvement in safety performance Qualification Experience Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety Fire Safety or equivalent Minimum 1-3 years of experience in safety supervision preferably in logistics warehouse or transportation sector Good knowledge of OSHA standards Factory Act and other applicable safety regulations Hands-on experience in conducting safety training and emergency response drills Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation Key Skills Strong communication and observation skills Good leadership and team coordination Analytical and problem-solving ability Knowledge of safety audits documentation and compliance Ability to handle pressure and respond quickly to safety incidents Additional Information Gender Male candidates preferred Accommodation Provided by the company Reporting To Safety Manager Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 000 00 - 16 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
