Job Title Safety Supervisor - Solar Industry Location JAMNAGAR GUJARAT Department Health Safety Environment HSE Reporting To HSE Manager Project Manager Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor all site safety procedures and ensure compliance with statutory regulations Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards Ensure all workers follow PPE Personal Protective Equipment guidelines Conduct safety induction and training for new employees and subcontractors Investigate and report all incidents accidents and near-misses with corrective actions Maintain safety records documentation and reports as per company policy Coordinate emergency preparedness and mock drills at site Support the implementation of ISO 45001 and other relevant safety standards Ensure proper signage barricading and housekeeping at the work site Liaise with client representatives and local authorities on safety-related matters Qualifications and Experience Education Diploma B Tech BE in Engineering Mechanical Electrical preferred Experience 2-5 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor in solar power plant or construction industry Knowledge Familiar with safety practices for electrical works working at height and hot work Key Skills Strong knowledge of HSE standards and regulations Good communication and leadership skills Ability to handle emergencies and make quick decisions Proficient in MS Office and report preparation Employment Type QUESS CORP PAYROLL CTC As per industry standards Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 25 000 87 - 35 279 89 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
